Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid advisory engagements described on this site—model design, reports, audits, facilitation sessions, workshops, and retainers. We do not sell physical products, software licenses, or self-serve subscriptions through this website.

Eligibility and timeframe

Full refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment if no kickoff call has occurred and no materials have been delivered. After kickoff, refunds are assessed as partial based on work completed.

Full versus partial refunds

If discovery workshops, drafts, or audits have started, we refund the unused portion after deducting documented time and any third-party costs you approved in writing. Completed deliverables already accepted in writing are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Facilitation sessions already delivered, completed workshop days, and finalized written reports that you have accepted are non-refundable. Deposits securing a reserved date are non-refundable within 5 business days of the scheduled start unless we cancel.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a booked session once with at least 3 business days’ notice at no charge. Later cancellations may forfeit the session fee. Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 15 days’ written notice; the current month is billed if work has begun.

No-shows and work already started

If stakeholders do not attend a confirmed session without notice, the session is considered delivered. Work already started—draft models, audit findings, or report outlines—is charged proportionally even if you pause the engagement.

Purchased materials

Custom workbooks or templates produced for your engagement remain yours after payment. We do not refund for change of mind after delivery of those materials.

Process and timing

Email hello@apiroutebase.digital or call +66 2 651 8981 with your invoice reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.

Exceptions

If we cancel an engagement for reasons other than your breach, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work. Statutory rights under Thai consumer law, where applicable, remain unaffected.
